CADE introduces its SCWG technology at ReGen Europe

CADE has introduced its Supercritical Water Gasification Technology (SCWG ), as part of the hydrothermal gasification conference that has taken place in Nantes (France) at ReGen Europe 2020, an international meeting focused on biogas generation and commercialisation.

CADE has introduced its Supercritical Water Gasification Technology (SCWG ), as part of the hydrothermal gasification conference that has taken place in Nantes (France) at ReGen Europe 2020, an international meeting focused on biogas generation and commercialisation.

The most relevant developers of biomass gasification technology in Europe participated in this conference, with representatives from France, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands and Spain. The engaging topic caught the attention of more than 200 attendees, who were interested in understanding and knowing first-hand the state of this promising technology.

During the event, CADE also welcomed final users, potential clients and diverse skateholders to its stand sponsored by GRTgaz.

About SCWG technology

As natural extension of CADE’s activities as engineering and consultancy services provider, the company develops own R&D activities since 2009 around new disruptive technologies and industrial applications related to renewables and clean-tech industries.

Supercritical water gasification (SCWG) is one the most promising CADE’s developments. SCWG technology is aimed to reach an efficient conversion of wet biomass (without predrying) into syngas rich in hydrogen and methane with a high calorific value.
